Start solid food for baby by giving, 1-2 teaspoons of meat stock before any breastfeeding in the first week. Also, give 1-2 teaspoons a day of fresh pressed carrot juice.
In the second week; give emphasis on vegetables and fresh juice. The foods in week 1 should be increased, add vegetable juices and probiotic food to the meat stock and fats. Try giving the baby at least ½ teaspoon of homemade yogurt.
