How to start solid food for baby.
Start by performing the skin sensitivity test. This is basically done by placing a drop of food on the baby’s wrist before bedtime, once the food is dry, let the baby sleep and check the wrist in the morning. If there is any redness, you should avoid the food for a few weeks and then repeat the process again. When testing, it should be in the form that will be consumed. For instance, if it’s raw, place a raw specimen.
For the first week, Start solid food for baby by giving him 1-2 teaspoons of meat stock before any breastfeeding. Also, give 1-2 teaspoons a day of fresh pressed carrot juice.
2nd week; give emphasis on vegetables and fresh juice. The foods in week 1 should be increased, add vegetable juices and probiotic food to the meat stock and fats. Try giving the baby at least ½ teaspoon of homemade yogurt.

The egg yolks should be increased to 2 per day and added to soup or meat stock. Gelatinous meats should be increased and stop formula feeding.
8th & 9th week; In these two weeks as you start solid food for baby, it is recommended that you add nut butter pancakes and raw vegetables, increase the fresh juice and add apple to the juicing mix. Add raw lettuce and peeled cucumber to the vegetable soup. Then start adding more vegetables such as carrots, celery, cabbage, bell pepper, etc.
10th week & beyond: in addition to increasing foods in previous weeks, introduce scrambled eggs in plenty, and add a peeled apple and a ripe banana. Ensure your baby feeds in between the meals. Also, add homemade cheese, bread, and small amounts of natural salt.
